v0.1.3 - fix markdown-irc apply-arity bug

inline-format used (apply string-append <acc>) which hit the Sigil-VM apply-arity ceiling on multi-sentence input. Switched to string-join with empty separator. Sigil-side root cause may warrant follow-up in sigil-vm; the apiary-side fix is sufficient for current usage.
62/62 tests pass.
