Rewired three monorepo-scoped library deps (sigil-json, sigil-log, sigil-mcp) to their canonical extracted URLs at v0.14.0. Adopted sigil: "^0.14" so sigil-stdlib is auto-derived; dropped the explicit declaration. Bumped sigil-jmap and sigil-caldav to v0.9.1.

MCP serverInfo version literal kept in lockstep with package.sgl, so initialize responses report 0.2.0.

Lockfile resolves sigil-mcp to v0.14.1 (the latest patch at install time); sigil-stdlib auto-derives to v0.14.1 via sigil-lang.
