v0.3.0
courier 0.3.0
Telegram polling now runs in a supervised child process, fixing the long-standing silent-drop wedge (t-5ebb): a blackholed getUpdates connection could freeze the whole MCP server because the blocking native TLS read stalled the cooperative scheduler. The leader supervises the poller over a heartbeat protocol and a watchdog kills and respawns a wedged child automatically -- no more manual /mcp recovery.
Also in this release: - Worker mode survives a missing relay socket at startup: tools are served immediately and the relay attaches when the leader creates it. - The leader exits cleanly when its MCP session ends and kills its poller child on the way out (no zombie couriers or orphan pollers). - Migrated off the retired sigil-lang repo to the unified sigil monorepo: sigil 0.17.0, core libraries at their 0.16+ releases, explicit sigil-lib pin to keep extraction-era transitive deps off sigil-lang.
