Rewired direct deps to canonical extracted URLs and bumped to the 0.14 wave: sigil-mcp ^0.14.0 (now from codeberg:sigil/sigil-mcp), sigil-run ^0.14.0 (still in the monorepo), sigil-forgejo ^0.9.1.

Adopted sigil: ^0.14 field; the explicit sigil-stdlib declaration was dropped (auto-derived from the sigil: field per 0.14).

Bumped the MCP serverInfo version literal in main.sgl in lockstep so MCP initialize responses report 0.2.0.
