folio v0.2.0: refresh for sigil 0.14 ecosystem
Notes
Rewired six library deps (sigil-json/log/mcp/http/sqlite + dev-dep sigil-test) from monorepo URLs to their canonical extracted repos at ^0.14.0. Adopted sigil: ^0.14 field; sigil-stdlib is now auto-derived. sigil-run remains in the monorepo at ^0.14.0. Already-canonical libs bumped to current latest (sigil-yaml/sxml/markdown ^0.9.1, sigil-web-styles ^0.2.0).
MCP serverInfo version literal updated in lockstep; one stdlib-API migration in test-mcp-error-isolation (string-contains -> string-contains?). sigil.lock regenerated.
