Drop the superseded Emacs canonical object

Message

sigil channel publish writes an objects/<identity>.sgl per binding but never removes the object a re-publish supersedes, and channel check reports "no changes" with the orphan present -- so nothing notices. This one is the Emacs definition from before --without-xml2 was made explicit. Nothing in the signed catalogue or snapshot covers the objects directory, so removing an unreferenced object leaves the channel verifying clean, as the check above confirms.
