v0.15.3 - import (sigil math) for hkdf-sha256-expand quotient
Notes
hkdf-sha256-expand uses (quotient ...) but the library body had no (import (sigil math)). HKDF-Extract works (pure HMAC); HKDF-Expand threw 'unbound variable quotient' at runtime. Surfaced during the WebPush Stage 2 mock-push smoke (RFC 8291 ECE pipeline).
Single-line additive import. No behavior change to other primitives.
