http-response/json now accepts a dict (encoded for you with json-encode) or an already-encoded JSON string passed through untouched.

http-response/sse-broadcast's handler is now optional and defaults to identity, so a hub that already carries pre-formatted SSE strings needs no handler.

Realigns the sigil toolchain pin to ^0.17 (re-locked to sigil-stdlib 0.17.3).
