Adopted sigil: ^0.14 field; sigil-stdlib auto-derived. Rewired sigil-json and sigil-http to canonical extracted URLs at ^0.14.0. Realigns package.sgl version with the tag train (was stale at 0.7.0 despite v0.9.x tags). No source-code changes.
